Do I need to bring my own food and drinks for the trip?

Yes, please be advised to bring your own food and dringks for the trip as the rates excludes food and drinks.

If you intend to have BBQ for your meals, please bring along your pre-marinated meat and drinks.  Our crew will assist you with the BBQ and serving.

What will happen to the trip if rains on the charter date itself?

Yachting is a rain or shine events. Light drizzle is still considered fine for the trip to continue. In the event of very bad visibility or lightning, the skipper will advise if the trip can proceed on or needs to be postponed. In the event of postponement upon advise from our skipper, we will separately arrange an alternate date for your charter . Safety is our priority.

Where is the meeting venue for the trip?

For all trips arranged with Infinity Sails, the meeting venue is at 7-11 at One 15 Marina, Sentosa Cove.   As you need walking time to the berth where the yacht is parked, please be advised to meet 15 mins at the mentioned venue before the departure time.

Do you accept deposit for the booking?

All bookings are on first come first served basis upon full settlment. We are unable to accept deposit or partial payment.

What are your prefered modes of payment?

We are able to accept payment via PayNow, FAST Transfer or IBG. Details of our bank account no will be advised in the official invoice.

Credit card payment is subject to 5% admin charges levied by the payment channel provider and is payable by the client.

Who should I contact in case of emergency?

We will advise you a key contact upon confirmation of the booking.

Are toilets with shower facilities available in the yacht for use?

Yes, we have shower facilities in the yacht for family members to clean up themselves after the wet activities. Do bring along your own toiletries if you require a full shower after the activities.

Do I need to bring extra clohtings for the trip?

If you intend to include water activities as part of your itinerary for the trip, please do bring along extra clothings as the chances of getting wet are high for water activities. 

Can I be late for trip?

Please be punctual as our yacht operates on fixed schedules arrangement and it is required to keep to the departure timing strictly due to other scheduled charters. 

Are pets allowed on the yacht?

For individual group private yacht charters, no pets are allowed unless they are on leashed.  In addition, the pets are allowed only on the external saloon and not in the indoor saloon.

Do I need to observe Safety Management Measures (SMM) since Covid-19 is still a prevalent issue?

Our crew will be conducting a pre departure briefing which covers the do’s and don’s for SMM. Do observe the guidelines shared by the crew.

Can I bring balloons along?

Balloons are not allowed as it is against One 15 Marina Cove Berthing regulations.

What is your advise for a person with motion sickness for this trip?

It is best to consult your doctor if you are fine to go for the trip if you are prone to motion sickness. Alternatively, do bring along sufficient sea sickness medications to minimize the impact of the current while the yacht is curising.

Can I smoke in the yacht?

No, strictly in the yacht is prohibited by the Martiime Port Authority (MPA).

Is there mobile phone coverage while on board the yacht?

It depends on the signal coverage of your Telco. Basically you should still be able to use your mobile as long as we are within Singapore’s water.

Does the yacht have wifi?

No, we do not provide wifi on the yacht.

Can I charge my mobile while onboard the yacht?

We have power points on board our yachts for you and your guests, suject to availability.

Happy Fish Adventures Related Queries

Is this trip opened to everyone who is keen on this trip?
The Happy Fish Adventure trip is designed for students of Happy Fish Swim School.  Non-Happy Fish Swim School students are welcomed to inquire too; except that different rates will be advised.  If Non-Happy Fish students are happy with the cost, they will be placed on a wait list prior to confirmation of a slot before they make payment for the booking. 
Is the Happy Fish Adventure trip only for one family?
Happy Fish Adventure trip is a group sharing adventure trip for more than ONE family. That means to say that you would be on this trip together with at least one other family (apart from your own family). Safe Management Measures (SMM) is strictly in place throughout the trip for the 2 sub-groups to ensure social distancing is observed by each group.
What if I do not have 8 family members to form a group?
You can make your own arrangements to form an 8 member group if you do not have sufficient family members to go as an 8 member group.
Is there a max no of groups for the trips?
A max of two 8 member group is allowed for each trip.
Is there a min no of groups for the trips?

Yes, a minimim of two 8 member group is required in order for the adventure trips to occur.

In the event that minimum no. of group is not met for any specific trip, we will consult the affected family on a possible reschedule to another date where a min group size can be formed.  Refund will be processed should an agreeable date cannot be reached for the affected group.

Is there an age limit for kids?
No, we welcome all ages both young and old on this charter. However, some activities may have some age requirements.
Is baby considered one headcout?

Yes, the mandatory regulation of eight in a group includes all children. This also includes infants being carried.

Do I need to bring my own food and drinks for the trip?

Please prepare your own food and beverages as they are not included in the package.

There are two shower rooms on board. Please bring along your own toiletries if you prefer to shower after the activities.

    Do I need to bring extra clothings for the trip?

    There are water activities, hence the chances of getting wet are high. Do bring extra clothes to change out to prevent falling sick.

    Is the boarding time flexible?

    No, we operate on fixed schedules for the trips. Please be punctual as the trip has more than 1 family and all families are expected to be on-time. The yacht keeps to the departure timing strictly due to other scheduled charters.

    Are pets allowed on the adventure trip?

    Pets are not allowed on board as we have other families that may be sensitive to pets.

    Do I need to observe Safety Management Measures (SMM) since Covid-19 is still a prevalent issue?

    The crew will conduct a pre-departure briefing. Kindly adhere to the Dos and Don'ts shared by our crew.

    Can I include my own activities in this adventure trip?
